Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Laser designs, custom & personalized pieces, such as ornaments and phone stands, can take up to a week to produce. Unique custom work is project based. This is our processing time, it does not include the actual shipping time.We communicate with customers if unexpected delays arise. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you check out. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products you purchase and your location (unless noted in the product listing).
