Refund policy

We hope to offer the best hand made products, if you find an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

In the rare cases that a product arrives damaged from shipping, defective or the incorrect item was shipped, we gladly will exchange or refund the item and pay for the return shipping. Please provide photographic proof for insurance purposes.

For a general return other than the reasons listed above, please contact us. Due to the nature of customized and personalized work, we are unable to refund or exchange products, unless they arrive damaged as described above. Please be sure to provide correct spelling, punctuation and capitalization for personalized orders. We are not responsible for typographical errors made by customers. In the event a return or exchange is agreed, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are not refundable.
